Owned Assets

Purpose

Owned Assets lists property FPH owns. Use Add owned asset to open the modal-first register workflow. The table is a current operational view; movement history remains the authority for how a location or custody position changed.

Create safely

Choose serialized, quantity, or consumable identity mode; select category, model, location, and condition; add acquisition evidence where required; then issue a canonical identity. An acquisition cost or carrying amount is shown only under its stated basis and policy.

Select across pages

Selection is scoped to the active workspace and this ownership register. Operators can select visible assets, move between cursor pages, and keep the selection until they clear it or their private browser session ends. Select all applies only to the displayed page, and a selection is limited to 100 assets; AMS never silently selects an unbounded result. Bulk operation receives named assets and submits immutable IDs internally, so operators do not paste or review raw record IDs.

The available controlled bulk requests are Move / re-route and Status change. Each uses a named destination or lifecycle target and is submitted for independent review before the server applies it. Assignment, label printing, and export are not bulk actions in this register.

Property owned by a lender, vendor, or another organization belongs in Loaned Assets even if FPH stores, transports, or uses it.
