| Identifier | QR/barcode/NFC/RFID-related carrier or key. | The asset itself. |
| Movement/custody event | Immutable physical fact and actor context. | A mutable status field. |
| Shipment/container | Aggregation and transport context. | Ownership transfer. |
| Agreement | Loan or handling obligation. | FPH accounting recognition. |
| Audit/work order | Count or maintenance evidence. | A correction that deletes history. |
| Economic entry | Policy-controlled financial fact. | A generic “value” field. |
All exports should carry schema version, time/provenance, identifiers, and applicable redaction rules.
