Purpose
Loaned Assets is the parallel custody register for property FPH does not own. It exposes the lender, agreement, condition, location, custodian, term, and return status needed to honour the arrangement.
Operator check
Before making a change, confirm the external owner and agreement. On return, record the exact item/quantity, exit condition, receiving evidence, discrepancy, and renewal or closure outcome.
Finance boundary
The presence of a lender-stated or insured value does not turn it into FPH book value. Any lease or recognition decision remains a separate approved finance workflow.
