| Owned Asset | Property owned by Furries PH. |
| Loaned Asset | Property owned by another party and held in FPH care. |
| Actor | Signed-in person who performed a recorded action. |
| Custodian | Person accountable for an issued item. |
| Identifier | Canonical QR, barcode, NFC, or other record-linked identity carrier. |
| Container | A scannable logistics unit that can hold asset records. |
| Shipment | A planned and actual movement between source and destination. |
| Availability | Derived ability to issue/use a record; not a free-text field. |
| Audit | Expected-versus-found physical count and variance process. |
| Carrying amount | Policy-controlled book amount, distinct from replacement, insured, lender, or fair value. |
| EPCIS | GS1 event exchange format used for documented logistics event mappings. |
