Overview
Open Logistics → Packaging Tracking, directly below Inventory Tracking. This separate page groups event purchases by attendee account so the logistics team can prepare packages without editing stock counts. Identified dealer slots belong to their attendee accounts; unassigned purchases remain distinct.
Prepare a package
- Search for an account, item, transaction reference or package label. Filter by packing status or purchase source.
- Open an account and check its transaction references, variants, checkout selections, quantities and pickup/delivery method.
- Use the packing checklist to mark each ready item line packed. Quantities are fixed by registration-tier inclusions, add-ons and shop orders; the checklist does not edit what the account purchased.
- Use Mark all packed to select every ready item in the current draft, or select individual lines. Add a bag/package label and packing notes, then choose Save packing to persist the selections.
- Review packing history for the saved actor, time, counts and package information. Use Reset packing to immediately save zero packed counts; labels and notes are retained.
Previously saved partial quantities remain visible as partial progress until the item line is marked fully packed. Selecting a line packs its full ready quantity; changing a checkbox does not change the purchased quantity. Checklist changes, Mark all packed, labels and notes remain a draft until Save packing is used.
Packing is preparation only. Hand items over through Inclusion Claim or Shop Order Claim. Packing does not confirm payment or deduct stock.
Eligibility and changes
Unpaid, inactive, digital and already-released purchases remain visible with a reason. Partial item releases reduce the quantity still available to pack. POS purchases remain visible as already released.
When purchases, variants or quantities change, saved packages require review. Check the current contents and confirm reviewed packing before completing the package. Concurrent saves based on an older revision are rejected; the interface refreshes the saved state for review.
Inventory view permission grants read access. Inventory manage permission is required to save packing changes. Packing state is private to authorized partners and is not exposed on attendee registration pages.
