Attendee steps
- Open Give feedback from the event page.
- Choose the category that best fits what you want to share.
- Answer the category-specific questions. You can go back without losing the current browser-session draft.
- If offered, choose whether the event team may contact you. An email is saved only when you check consent and provide it.
- Review exactly what will be sent, then submit once.
- Keep the
FB-…receipt code if you need to reference the response later.
The route handles disabled, not-yet-open, closed, changed-form, network-error, duplicate-retry, and success states. If the form changed while you were completing it, review the latest version before resubmitting.
Privacy and safety
Anonymous feedback does not store an attendee account, IP address, or browser user-agent in the feedback record. The service uses short-lived abuse controls and an idempotency key to limit spam and duplicate clicks. Optional contact is separate from the answers and requires explicit consent.
Do not use feedback for an emergency or an urgent safety incident. Follow the official incident-report link shown on the form or contact venue security or local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.
