Inputs and controls
| Input or control | What it shows or changes | Before using |
|---|---|---|
| Refresh | Reloads approved submission records. | Use before handoff work if reviewers are still approving entries. |
| Search | Filters approved entries by submitter, username, form, answers, or approval remarks. | Clear search before reporting production totals. |
| Form group | Groups approved submissions by activity form. | Confirm the form matches the team you are supporting, such as programming or conbook. |
| Approved count badge | Shows how many approved entries are in that form group after search filtering. | Use it for quick queue awareness, not as final production count if search is active. |
| Details | Opens the approved submission modal. | Check every production-relevant answer before handoff. |
| Notify | Opens a notification composer for the submitter. | Use for schedule confirmation, missing details, or production instructions. |
Approved submission modal
| Field or state | What it shows | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Submitter or submission display name. | Confirm the entry before copying details into production systems. |
| Submitted timestamp | When the submitter sent the entry. | Useful when deadlines or late edits are discussed. |
| Approved timestamp | When staff approved the entry. | Helps downstream teams know how current the acceptance decision is. |
| Answers panel | The activity form’s labels and submitted answers. | Treat as the source record for production handoff. |
| Approval remarks | Staff notes saved during review. | Look for caveats, conditions, or follow-up promises before publishing or scheduling. |
| Close | Leaves the modal without changing records. | This page is review-only; changes belong in the relevant workflow or staff process. |
Page states
| State | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No approved submissions yet | No approved activity submissions are available for the event. | Check Submissions Review if pending items still need decisions. |
| No approved submissions match the current search | Search filters hid all approved entries in a form group. | Clear the search before reporting none exist. |
| Status message | Shows notification or loading outcomes. | Read this after using Notify or Refresh. |
Flowchart context
Active Event Workflow checks this page after resolving submission review items. Closeout may use it to confirm accepted programming or content obligations were handed off.
Common mistakes
Do not treat approval as the same as production readiness. Approved submissions may still need scheduling, layout, tech review, or applicant confirmation.
