Flowchart context
Dealers Den Regos follows Dealers Den Applications after approval. It is also relevant to Check-In and Inclusion Claim when dealers arrive onsite.
Common mistakes
Do not treat a dealer application approval as a completed dealer registration. Payment, package, assistants, and table readiness may still need review.
Package pricing and attendee choices
Tier-based packages separate the booth surcharge from each attendee’s full chosen tier price and add-ons. Standalone packages use one fixed package price and their selected inclusions, with optional add-ons and no tier upgrades. Review the saved transaction total and package commitment rather than recalculating an existing registration from current catalog prices. Later upgrades and add-ons must follow the purchased package’s allowed choices.
