Event Finance Comparison

Authoritative snapshot

Events compares owned events using server-calculated, currency-grouped snapshots. Each snapshot owns inflow, outflow, book net, available cash, pending outflows, exception count, reconciliation coverage, source label, cutoff, and freshness. Missing event/currency data appears unavailable; the browser must never divide a partner total to fabricate it.

Controls and detail

Filter and sort by event, dates, currency, result, pending amount, coverage, exception state, settlement state, and freshness. Search covers safe event/reference fields. Table/page totals disclose result scope and currency.

Selecting an event opens its authoritative snapshot plus accounts, categories, commitments, settlement/reconciliation state, exceptions, transaction drill-down, and mapping state. Cross-links preserve valid event, currency, account, and cutoff context.

Mapping administration

Mapping create/edit requires source dimension, target account/category, event, effective date, current version, impact preview, and reason. The API rejects cross-partner/event targets, overlapping effective rules, stale versions, and changes that violate closed periods. Complete real-stack mapping administration remains a release gate.

If a total looks wrong, record event, currency, source, cutoff, and freshness; inspect contributing journal rows and mappings at the same cutoff. Escalate any mixed-currency total or snapshot that cannot be reproduced.
