One RACI role per person on each planning item
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Event Planning now prevents assigning the same person to more than one accountable, responsible, consulted, or informed role on a work item or requirement. Already assigned people cannot be selected in another RACI role, and the API rejects overlapping assignments. Existing overlaps must be corrected when their RACI assignments are edited.
Impact
Plan coordinators can see which role a person already holds while assigning responsibility. Reviewers remain a separate workflow role.
Validation
Partners typecheck and focused planning form checks; Partners API typecheck and RACI policy check.
Optional community joining during Rego
Repositories: Partners dashboard, Partners API, and Rego site. Status: Source pushed; hosted behavior and provider delivery remain to verify.
What’s Changed
Event operators can enable community joining in Rego Config; the switch is off by default. On the personal-details step, each join choice appears only after the attendee links that provider. They can opt in to automatic Discord server joining or receive a Telegram chat join link. Discord asks for the extra server-join permission. Telegram attendees open their link after their rego becomes active, and the bot checks their linked identity before approving the request.
Impact
Existing events keep the current flow until an operator enables the switch. Joining remains the attendee’s choice, and Telegram requires one action in the Telegram app.
Validation
Partners, API, and Rego typechecks; API community-join and social checks; and Rego desktop/mobile browser fixture passed. The database migration has been applied and source pushed; live provider verification remains.
Rego community access names roles and member tags
Repositories: Rego site and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Tier cards now show Discord and Telegram logos beside community access details. Discord access names the linked server and its roles. Telegram access names the group and any member tag.
Impact
Attendees can tell which Discord server and roles or Telegram group and member tag come with a tier before registering.
Validation
Partners API and Rego typechecks, the API social contract check, and desktop/mobile Rego browser fixture passed. Hosted behavior remains unverified.
Event verification opens in a dialog
Repository: Rego site. Status: Released; live Turnstile interaction remains to verify with an attendee session.
What’s Changed
Choosing a protected event action now opens a focused verification dialog. After the check succeeds, the attendee continues to the selected rego, gift, waitlist, Dealers Den, volunteer, or activity flow.
Impact
Attendees can see and complete the check without searching through the event action card. The same API verification still protects those actions.
Validation
Local typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser review verified the dialog flow and layout. The Git-linked release was pushed, and the hosted event detail bundle contains the modal. A real attendee Turnstile interaction remains to verify.
Search Discord roles in registration tier setup
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Source update; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Event organizers can search the Discord role list by name while assigning a server role to a registration tier. The picker shows a match count, an empty-result message, and a Clear action. Role selection and creation remain available in the same panel.
Impact
Large server role lists are easier to navigate. The search filters only the visible list and does not change saved role assignments.
Validation
Local typecheck and desktop/mobile browser fixture verified filtering, no matches, clearing, selection, role creation, and layout. Hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
Clearer Discord role creation errors
Repository: Partners API. Status: Source update; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
When Discord rejects creation of a registration benefit role because the server requires two-factor authentication for moderation, the Partners dashboard now receives guidance to enable 2FA on the Discord application owner’s account. Discord request blocks and rate limits also receive distinct messages instead of a generic role-permission warning.
Impact
Event operators can identify the required Discord account setup before retrying. Existing role permissions and role order are unchanged.
Validation
The provider response was reproduced against a linked server. Local API type checks and the social integration certification passed. Successful hosted role creation remains to verify after the Discord account setup is updated.
EPS calendar follows personal assignments
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Released with the EPS workspace update.
What’s Changed
The Overview Calendar and Gantt now show ordinary team members only dated records that involve them through a RACI assignment, named review or requirement target, meeting participation, or risk or control ownership. Department leads and partner administrators continue to see all dated planning items for the partner.
Impact
Team members can focus on their own schedule without unrelated event plan work appearing in Overview. They can open visible entries in My Work to see details and available actions.
Calendar cards now wrap long task names within their day cells, and the current day is highlighted on desktop and mobile, including days with no scheduled items.
Validation
API role-policy fixture and type check, dashboard typecheck and production build, and desktop/mobile Calendar and Gantt browser checks passed, including long task names and today’s highlight. Authenticated production roles remain to verify.
EPS Overview removes the records panel
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Released with the EPS Overview update.
What’s Changed
The “All event planning records” panel has been removed from EPS Overview. Overview keeps personal assigned task statistics and the partner-wide Calendar and Gantt views. Staff can still open schedule entries in My Work for their assigned actions and read-only details.
Impact
The Overview is shorter and no longer repeats the planning records list. Event plan management remains in Manage Event Plans for authorized leads and administrators.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile EPS Overview and Calendar/Gantt browser checks passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
EPS Calendar and Gantt open My Work details
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Released with the EPS workspace update.
What’s Changed
Selecting a Calendar entry or Gantt bar in EPS Overview now opens that record in My Work. The detail panel shows the event plan, status, date, and the signed-in user’s RACI role. Accountable and responsible staff can complete assigned work or submit a requirement response; assigned reviewers can review a submission; consulted staff can record input; informed staff can read the details. Records without a personal assignment show read-only context.
Impact
Team members can move from the shared schedule to the action they are authorized to take. Existing submission, review, and work-completion controls remain governed by their API permissions.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, Calendar/Gantt and My Work browser fixtures, and desktop/mobile detail captures passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
EPS Overview shows personal task progress
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Released with the EPS Overview update.
What’s Changed
Overview now shows each team member’s assigned work-item totals across the partner’s event plans: assigned, to do, in progress, completed, and overdue. The counts follow accountable and responsible assignments from My Work. Overdue counts open tasks past their due time; waived or cancelled tasks are called out separately.
Impact
Team members can check their workload at a glance and open My Work to act on it. The partner-wide planning register remains available below the personal summary.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile Overview browser checks passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
