Clearer inclusion bundles on Rego tier cards

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

Tier cards now group a base inclusion with its bundled extras. A single “Bundle includes” label and indented plus-marked items show which extras come with the base, including fixed designs and random variation promises. When a later tier expands an existing bundle, the base stays beside the new extras for context.

Impact

Attendees can read a bundle as one offering while still opening details for each item that has details. The underlying tier offering and allocation rules are unchanged.

Validation

Rego typecheck and desktop/mobile tier comparison fixture passed. The fixture checked bundle grouping, availability badges, detail dialogs, and narrow-screen overflow. A local screenshot was reviewed; hosted display remains to verify.

Questions for assigned inclusion variations

Repositories: Partners dashboard, Rego site, and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

Event operators can add questions to a specific inclusion variation. For ordinary attendee registration, a random design is assigned when the attendee selects a tier. Its assignment is encrypted and kept in that browser across sessions, so the attendee can answer that design’s questions before submitting Rego. The API checks the saved assignment against the signed-in account, tier, and current catalog, and the final design becomes part of the committed registration. Clearing browser storage starts a new draft draw.

Impact

Attendees can complete design-specific questions during registration. Hidden designs with their own questions must be set to reveal at registration. A group tier with randomly assigned designs that have their own questions requires individual registration, so each attendee can answer for their assigned design. Existing gifts and accepted waitlist offers continue to use their committed inclusion promises.

Validation

Dashboard and Rego typechecks, dashboard production build, Rego direct React Router build, API typecheck and Worker dry run, encrypted-assignment tests, a transaction-rolled-back local migration check, dashboard editor and Rego form browser fixtures, and Docs check passed. The form fixture verified that reopening the form reuses the encrypted draft and that design-specific answers are submitted. Rego’s normal build requires the local API metadata service. Hosted registration and deployment remain to verify.

Clearer registration action icon

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

The Start rego button on event pages now uses an attendee-add icon so the action reads more clearly as registration. Start prefill keeps its form-edit icon.

Impact

Attendees can identify the registration action more quickly on the event page. The action and registration flow are unchanged.

Validation

Rego typecheck and desktop/mobile browser fixtures checked the button icon and captured screenshots. Hosted display remains to verify.

Flat inclusion showcase on Rego event pages

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

The event page again shows an All inclusions gallery beneath the rego tiers. It presents each distinct offered item or design once in a single list, including replacement designs, bundle additions, and promised random variations. Tier cards continue to show exactly what each tier includes, and both views open item details.

Impact

Attendees can browse the full range of inclusions without reading every tier. The gallery directs them to the tier cards to confirm which items come with a particular registration.

Validation

Rego typecheck, direct React Router production build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures checked the flat gallery, deduplication, detail popups, and image-free layouts. The normal build’s social metadata step requires a local API service; hosted display remains to verify.

Inclusion details in Rego tier cards

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

The public event page now lists included items in each rego tier without repeating them in a separate section. Each inclusion row has a Details cue and opens the existing detail popup. Replacement designs, bundle additions, and random-design promises keep their tier context in the popup.

Impact

Attendees can compare tiers in one place and open an item for its full description, artwork when supplied, and access or delivery details. Event merchandise remains a separate shopping option.

Validation

Rego typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures checked the single tier listing and base, replacement, and random-promise popups. Hosted display remains to verify.

Friends discovery in the gift rego form

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

The first gift rego step now offers an Enable Friends control when Friends is off and a username discoverability control when discoverability is off. Once enabled, those controls disappear from this form. Attendees can search discoverable people, send a friend request, and choose a gift receiver on the same step. Direct receiver lookup remains available without a friendship.

Impact

Gift givers can connect with another attendee without leaving the form. Sending a request does not select a receiver or bypass the event’s gift eligibility check. Privacy settings remain under attendee control in Friends.

Validation

Rego typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures checked the disabled settings, activation, search, request, and receiver selection. Hosted display remains to verify.

Distinct icons on Rego event pages

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

Event information, rego tiers, add-ons, inclusions, merchandise, and attendee actions now use distinct icons. Repeated list items retain their consistent check or navigation symbols. A variation without artwork no longer shows a large icon panel.

Impact

Attendees can distinguish event sections and actions more easily, including on image-free event pages. No action or eligibility rule changes.

Validation

Rego typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile event-page screenshots checked the updated icons and layout. Hosted display remains to verify.

Rego cards hide unsupplied artwork

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

Event covers, organiser logos, rego tiers, add-ons, inclusions, merchandise, shop listings, and item previews now show image space only when artwork was supplied. Text and actions move into the freed space.

Impact

Attendees can compare image-free event offerings without blank artwork panels. Organisers can add images later; supplied artwork still appears in the same places.

Validation

Rego typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures checked image-free tier, add-on, merchandise, and inclusion detail views. Hosted display remains to verify.

Tier availability badges on Rego

Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.

What’s Changed

Each rego tier now shows its availability above the tier name. Prefill, upcoming, open, sold-out, and closed states use the same badge language as event cards. When a tier has its own opening or closing time, an extra badge highlights a change within the next three days. Remaining spaces stay below the tier details when public counts are enabled.

Impact

Attendees can scan tier availability before comparing inclusions or choosing a tier. Organisers can continue to set tier-specific time windows in Rego Config.

Validation

Rego typecheck, production build using the public API, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures for prefill, opening, closing, full, and closed tiers passed. The shared Docs build also passed.
