My Work shows each person's assignment on cards and rows
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
My Work now labels each work item and requirement with the current person’s assignment in both Board and List views. Review requests also show their reviewer designation in List view. The labels include Responsible, Accountable, Consultant, Informed, and Reviewer where applicable.
Impact
Event planning staff can see why a task or requirement appears in My Work without opening its details. The assignment label appears alongside the event plan and due date.
Validation
Partners typecheck, production build, and My Work browser fixture covering Board and List role labels, filters, status changes, and desktop/mobile layouts.
Inactivate Rego inclusions without losing tier selections
Repositories: Partners dashboard, Partners API, and Rego site. Status: Source and schema validated; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Event operators can turn off an inclusion in Rego Config. Inactive inclusions remain in the dashboard catalog, while current tier offers, public inclusion listings, and registration allocations exclude them. Saved tier selections remain available when the inclusion is turned on again.
Impact
Attendees see only active inclusions in current Rego offerings. Existing registrations and historical allocations keep their recorded items. Operators can pause an inclusion without deleting its catalog record or rebuilding tier selections.
Validation
Dashboard and API typechecks, dashboard browser checks at desktop and mobile sizes, API Worker dry run, and the database migration publish passed. Hosted display remains to verify.
My Work Kanban is organized by RACI role
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
My Work now stacks its Kanban into Responsible, Accountable, Consultant, and Informed sections in that order. Each section keeps its own Not started, In progress, and Done columns. Reviewer-only designations stay visible in a separate panel, and delivery progress controls remain available only to authorized owners.
Impact
Staff can scan their assignments by role across event plans while keeping status and plan filters. Reviewers still see assignments that have no separate RACI role.
Validation
Partners typecheck, production build, and My Work desktop/mobile browser fixture covering section order, governed status changes, filters, reviewer designations, and the list view.
RACI calls the C role Consultant
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Event Planning now labels the C role Consultant in RACI assignment forms, requirement and work views, My Work, timeline details, guidance, and notification messages. Existing assignments and API field names remain compatible.
Impact
Partner teams see one consistent role name wherever they assign or review the C role. No reassignment is needed.
Validation
Partners typecheck, production build, and focused RACI, requirement, My Work, and timeline browser fixtures; Partners API typecheck and build check.
My Work includes every assigned Event Planning role
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
My Work now shows work items and requirements from all event plans in the selected partner when the user is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, or the designated reviewer. Each board and list entry names the user’s role. Responsible and Accountable staff can update assigned delivery work; other roles can open details without receiving progress controls. Requirement submission remains available only to assigned responders, while reviewer designations appear even before a submission arrives.
Impact
Staff can find consultation, information, and review assignments alongside their delivery work across plans. A role assignment does not grant an unrelated editing action.
Validation
Partners typecheck, production build, My Work desktop/mobile browser fixtures, and calendar-to-My Work navigation fixture; Partners API typecheck, build check, and RACI role policy fixture.
Personal Event Planning notifications work across plans
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Validated locally; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
The Event Planning Notifications page offers one personal Telegram, Discord, and SMS setup for every event plan a partner member can access. Private bot verification and test messages work without selecting a plan, and test messages link back to the shared Notifications page. Administrators can find plan-specific delivery destinations, reminder rules, and preferences under Manage event plans > Notification routes. The API pages through authorized plans, including archived plans, to establish access for the personal setup.
Impact
Staff set up personal DM and SMS delivery once. Department leads and partner administrators continue managing delivery configuration for each plan from its management navigation.
Validation
Partners typecheck, production build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures; Partners API typecheck, build dry run, and plan pagination and authorization policy fixture.
Keep replacement designs with their new bundle
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Tier comparisons now treat a design changing from a replacement in one tier to a bundled addition in the next tier as a new composition. The base inclusion and its bundled design stay in the same group on the later tier card.
Impact
Attendees can see the complete bundle together, including cases where a previously included design is now added alongside its base item. This changes display only; inclusion allocation is unchanged.
Validation
Rego typecheck, production app build, and desktop/mobile tier comparison fixture passed. The fixture covers a replacement design becoming a bundle and checks that each item appears once in the group.
Attachment lists appear beneath attendees in EMS
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Source validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
The View attachments button above the EMS registration roster now expands an attachment list beneath every attendee shown on the current page. Files can be downloaded from each attendee’s list; the button can hide the lists again. The paperclip action on each row still opens upload and management controls.
Impact
Organizers can scan attachments across attendees without selecting registrations or opening each attachment dialog. Moving to another roster page loads the attachment lists for that page.
Validation
Partners typecheck and build passed. A local browser fixture showed different files beneath two attendees and retained PDF drag and drop in the row dialog.
View selected attendee attachments from the EMS toolbar
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Source validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
This selected-attendee behavior was replaced by the roster-wide inline lists described above.
What’s Changed
The EMS registration roster now has a View attachments button above the attendee table. Select one attendee to enable it and open that registration’s attachments. The paperclip action on each attendee row remains available.
Impact
Organizers can find the attachment action from the roster controls without relying on an unlabeled icon. The button stays unavailable when no attendee or more than one attendee is selected.
Validation
Partners typecheck and build passed. A local browser fixture selected an attendee, opened attachments with the new button, and confirmed a PDF drop appeared in the file list.
Organizer attachment uploads restored
Repository: Partners API. Status: Source published and local Worker upload verified; signed-in hosted upload confirmation pending.
What’s Changed
The API now uses a file-storage request mode supported by Cloudflare Workers. This corrects the storage error that blocked organizer uploads from the EMS registration roster. The same change supports protected file downloads.
Impact
Organizers can retry JPEG, PNG, and PDF attachments of up to 10 MB. Existing access checks and encrypted Sanity storage still apply, and attendees see successful uploads in their transaction details.
Validation
API typecheck, dry build, protected media certification, and a disposable encrypted upload from a local Worker runtime passed. A signed-in upload against the hosted API remains to be confirmed after its Git-linked rollout.
