EPS Meetings moves into the workspace
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Released with the EPS Meetings workspace update.
What’s Changed
Meetings now has its own page in the EPS workspace. It brings schedules and published minutes from accessible event plans into one list. Department leads and partner administrators can open a plan’s existing meeting controls to schedule meetings and record minutes.
Impact
Partner team members can find meeting schedules and published minutes without selecting one event plan. Draft minutes and private facilitator content remain limited to authorized meeting coordinators and authors.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, desktop/mobile browser fixture, and API access-policy checks passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
EPS Overview removes the old single-plan workspace
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Released with the EPS workspace update.
What’s Changed
EPS Overview now ends after the partner-wide planning register and Calendar/Gantt. The old current-plan summary, four-step setup guide, plan picker, administrator-only explanation, linked-work card, and event-connection card have been removed. Administrators can still add an event plan from the page header; after creation, they land in Manage event plans.
Impact
Members see one cross-plan overview instead of a second plan-specific workspace below it. Department leads and partner administrators continue to use Manage event plans for detailed coordination.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, plan-creation and navigation browser fixtures, and desktop/mobile Overview captures passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
EPS Overview shows every plan without repeated selectors
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Released with the partner workspace update.
What’s Changed
Overview no longer asks for an event plan in both the planning register and Calendar/Gantt. Those views now stay across all event plans for the selected partner, while record type and text search remain available.
Impact
Partner team members can scan work, requirements, meetings, risks, gates, and controls across plans without picking a plan twice. Opening an individual record still follows its own plan access rules.
Validation
Dashboard typecheck, production build, and the desktop/mobile planning timeline browser fixture passed. Authenticated production role behavior remains to verify.
EPS separates plan management from the workspace
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Deployed to production; authenticated role behavior remains to verify.
What’s Changed
Department leads and partner administrators now get a Manage event plans link below Notifications in the Event Planning sidebar. The new page lists event plans they can coordinate. Selecting a plan opens its management navigation for scheduling, requirements, departments, meetings, files, risks, handoff, configuration, and settings. Overview and My Work keep their partner-wide and personal views.
Impact
Team members continue to use Overview, My Work, and Notifications without a management menu. Department leads see plans they lead; partner administrators see every plan for their selected partner. Existing plan links remain available and retain their access checks.
Validation
Local API role checks, type checks, and dashboard browser fixtures cover administrator, department lead, and ordinary member navigation at desktop and mobile sizes. The API Worker deployed and the Partners Pages production route serves the new dashboard asset. Authenticated production roles remain to verify.
Rego tiers highlight what each level adds
Repository: Rego. Status: Deployed to production; the live attendee journey was not independently exercised.
What’s Changed
Public event tier cards now group new inclusions separately from items carried over from the preceding tier. Carried-over items remain fully legible. Replacement designs say “Replaces [base item]”, while bundle additions identify the base item they accompany.
Impact
Attendees can compare neighboring tiers more quickly, including tiers with fixed variation designs. Organisers should review the displayed tier order because the comparison follows that order.
Upgrade Notes
No action is required. The event catalog and registration allocation rules remain API-owned.
Validation
Rego typecheck, its direct React Router build, desktop/mobile synthetic browser fixtures, and Docs checks/build passed. Cloudflare Pages reports the Rego release commit active in production and the public site returned HTTP 200. The full local Rego build requires an event metadata API on port 8787; a tier-specific live registration was not exercised.
EPS Overview covers every partner event plan
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Deployed to production; authenticated role behavior remains to verify.
What’s Changed
Overview now lists work items, requirements, meetings, risks, stage gates, and controls across all event plans for the selected partner. Undated records remain visible in the register. Calendar and Gantt show dated records from the same partner-wide plan set. My Work defaults to all of that partner’s plans and keeps its personal RACI assignments, responses, and reviews separate from the shared register.
Impact
Partner members can scan the full planning workload without opening each plan. Partner administrators retain access to every plan. People assigned work in a plan can update their own task progress and respond to their assigned requirements; shared planning edits remain governed by plan and department roles. Sensitive requirement details remain limited to authorized roles.
Validation
Local API role tests, type checks, dashboard build, and desktop/mobile browser fixtures passed. The API Worker deployed and the Partners Pages production deployment serves the new dashboard asset. Public routes respond successfully; authenticated roles and real plan data remain to verify.
EPS workspace timeline spans your event plans
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Deployed to production; authenticated role behavior remains to verify.
What’s Changed
The Event Planning workspace now shows a Calendar and Gantt across the current draft and active event plans a staff member belongs to. Dated work items, requirements, meetings, risks, gates, and controls appear together, with month navigation and an event-plan filter. Each item opens its owning planning area. The personal timeline has moved out of My Work, leaving that page focused on assigned actions.
Impact
Planning members can review dates across their plans in one place. Department leads can read planning records across all departments in plans they lead while their edit authority stays scoped to their departments. Partner administrators can see every current plan belonging to their partner, including plans where they are not listed as planning members. Other members still see only their authorized plan and department records; file access policies remain in force.
Validation
Local API role policy and type checks, dashboard type checking and build, and desktop/mobile Calendar and Gantt browser flows passed. The Partners Pages production deployment contains the workspace UI, and the API Worker release is serving 100% of traffic. Public route checks returned successfully; hosted roles and real plan data remain to verify with authenticated accounts.
EPS My Work follows personal RACI assignments
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Local checks passed; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
EPS My Work now lists delivery tasks only for their accountable or responsible people. Requirement responses appear only for assigned responders, with submission controls limited to eligible work. Consulted and informed work remains visible as a separate RACI responsibility, without delivery controls. Review requests use the reviewer already assigned to the work item.
Impact
Event planning members can focus on their own tasks, responses, and reviews. Team leads continue to assign and coordinate work in the shared planning workspace.
Validation
Dashboard type checking and the local My Work browser flow passed. The API permission checks were validated locally. Hosted roles and live submissions remain to verify after release.
Accounting ledger updates without clearing manual entries
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Local checks passed; hosted behavior remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
The EMS Accounting ledger now updates quietly in place during automatic polling. An open manual entry stays on screen with its typed fields intact while new ledger data arrives. A temporary background read failure no longer interrupts the entry form.
Impact
Event operators can continue filing a manual ledger entry while the Accounting page checks for new transactions. The manual Refresh control remains available for an explicit recheck.
Validation
Dashboard type checking and build passed. An isolated browser check preserved a typed entry through focus-triggered polling and a slow ledger refresh, with no page errors or live requests. Hosted accounting was not exercised.
Dashboard profile repair guard
Repositories: Partners dashboard and Partners API. Status: Local checks passed; hosted profile repair remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Partner dashboard access now checks the shared profile for required identity, contact, username, and address details, including a usable street address, postal code, and country-specific locality fields. Missing or invalid values send the signed-in partner to Profile setup. The setup page lists fields needing attention, keeps already accepted dashboard documents, and confirms server readiness before continuing. Admin setup retains its separate requirements.
Impact
Partners with an older, incomplete, or invalid saved profile must correct it before using dashboard workspaces. Previously accepted dashboard documents remain accepted while they repair personal details.
Validation
Local API type checking and access-route fixtures, dashboard type checking/build, and a mocked desktop browser correction flow passed. A hosted account correction and production navigation remain unverified.
