EPS Workspace Routes and Dialogs

Shared controls

Every event-scoped route uses the AMS-style nested workspace shell, event scope, Preview marker, KPI strip, tabs, search, saved personal/team views, status and department filters, advanced filters, a table or accessible visual, record detail, and desktop dialog/mobile bottom sheet. Save view captures the route, tab, search, and filters. Destructive or immutable operations explain their accountability boundary before save.

Preview-first bulk import

Open Settings → Templates → Save changes to import work items, requirements, meetings, or risks. Paste a JSON array of 1–500 records and submit once to preview. EPS returns row/field validation plus a digest of the normalized batch. Submit the unchanged batch again to apply it with a UUID idempotency key.

The commit uses one database function and one collection per batch, so validation failure cannot leave a partially applied mixed import. Replaying the same key and digest returns the prior receipt; reusing the key with different content fails. Evidence files are excluded from this path and must use the authenticated Sanity artifact workflow.

Schedule interaction rules

Gantt shows critical-path emphasis, incoming dependency lines, today, and approved-baseline context. Use the Month, Quarter, and Project zoom buttons. Selecting a bar opens exact start/due fields and a signed day-count input, so dragging is never required. Calendar Month, Week, and Agenda modes reconcile work items, requirements, meetings, and gates in the project timezone. Hierarchy/WBS uses parentId over the same work records.

Dependency creation recalculates affected successor dates against the assigned/default working calendar, weekday rules, and holiday/blackout/working-day exceptions. Export offers iCalendar with stable UID/sequence, recurrence, and cancellation plus a JSCalendar Event/Task profile.

Requirement membership templates

A membership template targets a department and optional membership role. Creating it assigns one idempotent obligation to every existing matching member. Adding a later matching member instantiates the same user-specific obligation with a deadline relative to the membership start and retains both template and membership provenance.

An approval flow may contain sequential stages or parallel stages with a quorum. A reviewer must be assigned to the active stage, and segregation of duties can prevent the submitter from reviewing their own response. Once a decision exists, the flow is locked against replacement.

Contextual collaboration

Selecting a governed record shows its authorized discussion thread. Replies retain parent linkage; mentions route through EPS notifications; reactions are idempotent per user; watchers opt into later record activity. Confidentiality still limits who can see the parent record and its discussion.

Personal reminder accounts

Personal provider linking lives in Account Settings → Reminder delivery accounts, not in an administrator destination dialog. Every authenticated EPS member can review their masked Telegram private-chat, Discord DM, and SMS readiness. The project Personal preferences dialog enables only the channels that the API currently marks ready and explains the prerequisite when one is unavailable.

The Notifications route keeps mandatory email visually separate and shows the exact deadline/overdue cadence before a user opts into another channel. Delivery History treats email, Telegram DM, Discord DM, administrator bot/webhook routes, and SMS as distinct attempts. Filters issue bounded API queries; retry or reconcile appears only when the API authorizes it. Queueing, claiming, or native submission must not be labelled delivered.

Meetings and notes

Meetings remain external. EPS records the external Discord, Telegram, video, phone, room, or HTTPS location. Agenda state is Draft, Published, or Locked; publishing and locking increment the authoritative agenda revision and calendar sequence. Notes can be Shared, Confidential, or Facilitator private. Published minutes are immutable; corrected content requires another revision.

Completion check

You can identify the source record, open every relevant dialog without losing project scope, use a keyboard/form alternative for visual scheduling, and distinguish editable drafts from immutable versions.
