Event pages use less data while account navigation settles

What’s Changed
Event pages now ask the API for the Shop opening state and active item count without loading the full catalog. Signed-in pages start their selected route reads before loading the staffing roster used for optional navigation links. Activity and volunteer form checks also cover saving and retrying without a page refresh.
Impact
Attendees can reach event content sooner, while event Shop links still reflect the current opening window and active listings. Account navigation fills in after the selected page begins loading. No action is needed.
Validation
API and Rego typechecks, production builds, focused mobile and desktop browser checks, and a synthetic local sweep of all 62 Rego route contracts passed. The sweep returned 200 for 124 mobile and desktop visits, with no page errors or external requests. Local timing is not a hosted speed measurement; authenticated hosted timing and broader real-account save journeys remain to verify.
Event editing and operations pages update in place

Attendees can revisit applications without a blank loading list and enter gift coupons without repeated quote requests. Current application status and gift totals still come from the API. No action is needed.

LAN snapshot audit history also keeps loaded records visible during refresh.

General Notifications now reads compact event and planning summaries without opening each event or plan workspace. Asset Overview shows owned records and summary as soon as they arrive while finance, transit, and checkout sections continue loading. Pawsport Registry searches and pages through authorized records; refreshes and internal note checks keep the current page visible. The sign-in security dialog also loads without pulling markdown editing code into the initial page.
