Planning My Work applies confirmed work and review changes immediately, then refreshes quietly. Uncertain saves are checked automatically before another action is allowed.

Local authorization fixtures matched visible report IDs across partner, restricted, and administrator roles. The focused request used six database table reads versus twelve for the full response in the fixture.
