What’s Changed

The dashboard and design canvas now share Rego’s applicant flow: representative contact, assistants, product mix, custom questions, conditions, proof and review. Package selection is correctly identified as a post-approval registration step.

Impact

Operators can rehearse unsaved applicant settings with fictional identity and memory-only actions. Missing condition documents block progression; local receipts do not create applications, assistant invitations, payments or account links. Thirty-six pure-test groups, nine compiled applicant browser groups and local type-check/build pass. The applicant run reports no API calls, storage writes or navigation. Desktop/mobile screenshots were reviewed. Full registration and authenticated parity remain open in TASK253.

Upgrade Notes

No migration or API change is required. This is not a live-site release.

The staged backend now accepts cancellation using the original start key, even if the browser never received a session ID. Local database race checks verify that cancellation prevents late creation or revokes an existing share. The API and browser command tests pass. Sharing remains off pending UI and release gates.

The staged location client now sends bounded, cancellable commands through the existing API, checks acknowledgements and discards stale/unrequested markers. Sixty focused tests pass with mocked transport. Location sharing remains off; uncertain session-start recovery, consent UI and release checks remain unfinished.

The friend-map publisher now has exclusive same-origin tab ownership. A second tab remains idle until the owner releases it; no location or consent data is copied between tabs. Thirteen real Chromium checks pass with synthetic sensors and transport. The feature remains unavailable pending its UI and release gates.

The staged location publisher pauses on hidden/offline pages, drops old fixes, limits upload attempts and stops without automatic renewal. Seventeen focused tests and the complete local suite pass. No screen starts it yet; live sharing, consent UI and cross-tab coordination remain unfinished. Members see no change.

Rego V2 feedback contact privacy: clearing optional follow-up consent now prevents a previously typed email from being sent. Desktop/mobile real local tests verify successful submission and no stored contact details after opt-out; 35 checks and cleanup pass. Other identity/draft variants remain under audit. Not deployed.

Rego V2 feedback browser verification: 33 real local checks pass, including desktop/mobile required-field validation, Conditions reading, submission, returned receipt, draft removal and organiser readback. All fixtures were cleaned up. This covers an anonymous-mode form in signed-in test browsers; other identity modes and uploads remain under audit. No deployment.

Rego V2 / Partners API feedback testing: local fixture cleanup now removes its feedback responses before the event, preserving ownership guards and existing database permissions. Seven real local API checks pass for published forms, response receipts, duplicate handling, operator readback and cleanup; API typecheck passes. Feedback browser journeys and priority notifications remain unverified. Not deployed.

Rego V2 verification follow-up: the current transaction test suite passes 219 checks with cleanup, including successive upgrades regardless of saved add-on ordering. Seven event fixture groups also pass after updating activity submission to read both fallback policies. Event fixtures are simulated API checks; real feedback and crew application persistence remain under audit. Not deployed.

Rego V2 change-request Conditions: refund, transfer and upgrade verification now covers reading both fallback platform documents before review, alongside saved outcomes and ownership rules. A 219-check local run and cleanup pass. Shop, activity and change-request explanations now consistently describe fallback documents rather than saying nothing needs acceptance. Not deployed; wider parity and provider settlement remain under audit.

Rego V2 checkout Conditions verification: Shop and standard rego Continue controls now stay disabled until every required document is accepted; Shop rechecks this before placing an order. Real desktop/mobile Shop pickup/delivery and gift creation/redemption reach their saved records with complete test cleanup (78 fallback Shop, 70 configured-policy Shop, 111 gift checks). Six commerce regressions, typecheck and build pass. Not deployed; broader parity verification continues.

Rego V2 Conditions: forms using the shared gate now present the existing platform Terms and Privacy Policy when no organiser documents are supplied. Each must be read to the end and accepted; configured event documents retain their existing behavior. Desktop/mobile component tests, six commerce regressions, typecheck and build pass locally. This is local form gating, not a new server consent record. Wider flow verification continues; not deployed.

Rego V2 Dealers Den roster verification: 206 local checks now confirm that both crew members and their roles survive submission and confirmation, display on desktop/mobile, and retain representative-only receipt access. All test fixtures were cleaned up. This adds verification, not a deployment; invitation response screens and paid settlement remain under audit.

Rego V2 Dealers Den assistants: approved-table assistants now see their invitation state and representative checkout guidance instead of being told to apply separately. Desktop/mobile guidance and real friend selection plus a two-person checkout payload pass within 190 local checks, with complete fixture cleanup. Six mock order workflows, typecheck and build also pass. Invitation response screens, further lifecycle variants and paid settlement remain under audit. Not deployed; no action is needed on the live site yet.

Dealers Den full-page departure: leaving the document now sends an immediate keepalive release for unused capacity, without repeating successful checkout cleanup. Desktop/mobile navigation and database readback pass in 168 local checks with fixture cleanup. Six mock workflows, typecheck and build pass. Browser-back restoration, tab close and paid settlement remain under audit. Not deployed.

Dealers Den capacity verification: 150 local checks now cover desktop checkout and leaving a reserved checkout through the app on desktop/mobile. Unused holds are removed, while successful checkout avoids duplicate releases. Cleanup passes. Full-page unload/tab-close, assistants and paid settlement remain under audit; no deployment.

Dealers Den checkout repair: successful checkout no longer tries twice to release capacity already consumed by the API. Real mobile package/reservation/Conditions/free checkout now passes with saved-state follow-up: 138 checks and cleanup, plus six paid/mock workflows and typecheck. Desktop checkout, abandonment and paid settlement still need verification. Local only, not deployed.

Dealers Den Conditions repair: configured application and rego policies were missed because the frontend read the wrong API response level. Both adapters now read the nested document lists. Real mobile application creation and desktop resubmission pass scroll-gated acceptance and saved-detail navigation: 129 checks with cleanup, plus six paid/mock order workflows and typecheck. Empty-policy behavior and full checkout/assistant/settlement coverage remain under audit. Not deployed.

Dealers Den Markdown repair: application descriptions, additional notes and organiser/history notes now share the sanitized Markdown renderer used elsewhere. Attendees can read formatting instead of raw markup. Expanded real-local suite passes 109 desktop/mobile checks with cleanup; Markdown-extension regression, typecheck and build pass. This repair is local, not deployed; full forms, assistants and settlement remain under audit.

Dealers Den verification: 93 local checks cover desktop/mobile application states, opening details/history, cancelling withdrawal confirmation, and submitted/confirmed table receipts. Confirmed QR passes reveal and hide; unconfirmed passes remain unavailable. Browser health and fixture cleanup pass. Full forms, assistants and richer content remain under audit; no deployment.

Free-upgrade verification: 174 local checks now include consecutive mobile and desktop upgrades that add free items immediately without payment or organiser review. Existing items, pass tier and total remain intact. Browser health and fixture cleanup pass. Paid settlement and richer form variants remain unverified; no deployment.

Immediate-transfer verification: 158 local checks now include mobile and desktop transfers that complete without organiser review. Ownership changes immediately, former owners lose access, and no pending request remains. Existing refund/upgrade checks and cleanup pass. Direct-pay settlement and richer variants remain unverified; no deployment.

Desktop/mobile request verification: 132 local checks pass independently at each submission width, covering full refunds, transfers and manual-review upgrades. An upgrade with existing and new add-ons retains both and charges only the tier difference plus the new item. Cleanup passes. Direct-mode variants and provider settlement remain outside this evidence; no deployment.

Upgrade request fix: existing add-ons are now retained when requesting an upgrade, matching the API contract instead of triggering a validation error. Owned options are shown as already included and cannot be removed through upgrades. The real local suite passes 130 checks, including mobile full-refund, transfer and upgrade submissions; mocked regressions, typecheck, build and cleanup pass. Wider variants and payment settlement remain unverified. Not deployed yet.

Refund-form verification: the real desktop/mobile add-on refund forms now submit the requests used in organiser decline/approval tests. Exact payout details and repeat-submit prevention pass; the expanded local suite passes 115 checks with cleanup. Provider payouts and remaining change-request variants are not certified. No deployment.

Transaction-state verification: 105 local checks now cover actual refund, transfer and upgrade records across seven desktop/mobile states, including reloads, ownership, pending-review recovery and accepted-upgrade handoff. Cleanup passes. This expands evidence only; browser request submission, payment settlement and full parity remain in progress. No deployment.

Shop profile-prefill improvement: delivery country and region/state now start from the attendee profile while keeping user edits intact. Pickup stays address-free and omits cached delivery-region/courier values from checkout. Mapper tests, paid-flow fixture regressions, 66 real local Shop checks, cleanup and typechecking pass. This is not deployed yet.

Delivery verification follow-up: 66 real local desktop/mobile checks now cover pickup and delivery through saved receipts, including courier/region persistence and hiding address controls when switching to pickup. Cleanup passes. Profile delivery-address prefill still needs implementation; this verification is not a release or shipping-provider certification.

Shop cart-sync improvement: Checkout now shows “Saving cart…” and waits until the cart is synchronized, preventing premature checkout errors. Thirty real local desktop/mobile checks and typechecking pass. The zero-total payment prompt was traced to shared V1/API behavior and has not been changed. These updates are not yet deployed.

Shop verification follow-up: 28 real local desktop/mobile checks now cover pickup checkout through the saved itemized receipt, profile prefill and long scroll-gated terms. Cleanup passes. Zero-total orders still expose pending-payment instructions, so payment-state parity remains under investigation. This is local evidence, not a release.

Local verification follow-up: the free-gift journey now starts in the sender form and continues through recipient redemption to the saved receipt on desktop and mobile. All 107 checks and fixture cleanup pass. Paid/provider settlement and wider parity remain unverified; this test-only follow-up is not a deployment.

Completed regos now offer View my rego and Back to event. Prefills stay separate, pending reference text follows the existing confirmation rules, and gifted regos clearly state no additional payment is needed. The receipt QR uses a proper loading placeholder. Real local gift verification passes 95 checks, including desktop/mobile submission through to the saved receipt and cleanup. Typecheck, build and standard/group regressions pass; wider parity certification continues.

What’s Changed

Feedback previews now reuse the Rego attendee flow, question validation, conditions gate and card/input styles. Organizers can rehearse identity modes, availability, local images, failure recovery and a clearly simulated receipt at real mobile and desktop widths. Keyboard navigation and closing return focus to the preview launcher.

Impact

The unsaved-draft preview never submits feedback, uploads a file or signs into an account. Editable presets now cover all 13 supported fields and eight branch operators. The actual editor also rehearses recovery locally: failed reloads retain drafts, late saves preserve newer edits, duplicated categories retain branches, and schedule times round-trip correctly. Twenty-one pure-test groups and thirty-eight compiled browser groups pass with no API requests, persistent writes or navigation. Existing save/publish authorization and API contracts are unchanged.

Upgrade Notes

No operator migration is required. This is not a live-site release; complete authenticated editor/conflict verification and broader dashboard parity remain in progress. API and V1 source were not modified by this work.

The staged friend-map backend can now look up known people without exposing a directory of sharing sessions. It returns only authorized, fresh markers and keeps unavailable people indistinguishable. Database replay and local API checks pass. This is prerequisite work: members cannot enable location sharing yet; the map, consent flow and operational release checks remain in progress.

Controlled recipients now complete actual gifted-rego wizard submissions on desktop and mobile, with profile prefill, no second payment and verified saved redemption. The expanded suite passes 89 checks and cleanup. Desktop notices were also found covering Continue; the compact full-message reader now replaces overlapping ordinary notices at every screen size. Blocking notices are unchanged. Gift purchase, richer form variants and other workflow certificates remain in progress.

Status: Admin production build, API and database migration published; custom-domain DNS remains pending. No real email was sent during verification.

What’s Changed

• Protected Admin pages require a canonical FPH staff role, including Signals and account setup. Feature permissions and API authorization still apply.
• Join entries now have a selectable roster, mobile cards and grouped details.
• Separate sitewide and Join email workspaces support recipient selection, branded review, confirmation and delivery history.

Impact: FPH operators gain dedicated administration workflows. Partners parity goals exclude these Admin-owned surfaces; partner/event communications and security scans remain in scope.

Upgrade Notes: Client checks, synthetic browser workflows, API behavior tests and disposable PostgreSQL tests pass. Production database permissions and Auth callbacks are verified; the deployed API rejects unauthenticated Admin requests. Cloudflare DNS must point both Admin hostnames to the new Pages site before custom-domain use. Staff sign-in and provider email delivery remain unverified.
