AMS Controlled Maintenance Pause and Reassignment

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with migration deployment, real-stack, and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • Maintenance teams can pause an in-progress work order with a required interruption reason and accountable confirmation.
  • Teams can reassign eligible work orders to another maintenance-capable operator with an explicit handoff reason.
  • AMS retains the operator, assignment, timestamps, and an immutable maintenance-history event for both actions.

Impact

  • Maintenance coordination is no longer forced into an untracked status edit or informal handoff. Assets remain in their controlled maintenance state until a subsequent authorized completion decision.

Validation

  • API certification passed 117 route contracts, 82 commands, and the 128-operation OpenAPI inventory.
  • The production-static browser certification passed 88 checks across ten routes with 128 modal/scanner captures; pause and reassign controls were visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Apply the reviewed migration, then run real-stack role and recovery checks before Preview release sign-off.

EPS Accountable Risk Lifecycle Updates

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS risk, issue, decision, and change-request records now use a dedicated lifecycle action with an allowed next state and recorded reason.
  • New records begin Open; generic edits and imports cannot bypass the lifecycle path. The transition is version-protected, replay-safe, and writes immutable before/after audit evidence.

Impact

  • Planning teams can update operational state with clear accountability instead of relying on an unstructured status edit or an unsupported state jump.

Validation

  • Partner API type checking, dashboard diagnostics, and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser verifies the exact constrained transition command and the refreshed desktop dialog was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Apply the pending migration and verify concurrent lifecycle changes in the disposable integration environment.

EPS Controlled Change Requests

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • The EPS Change Requests tab now uses the same server-backed paging and explicit record kind as the other governed risk registers.
  • Its creation dialog opens with Change request selected and uses named owner, department, lifecycle, assessment, response, and review-date fields.

Impact

  • Planning teams can record change requests in the correct governed register without entering internal identifiers or structured data.

Validation

  • Dashboard diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser verifies the change-request page filter and controlled dialog fields, and the refreshed desktop dialog was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Apply the pending migration set and verify typed risk/change lifecycle transitions in the disposable integration environment.

AMS Named Audit and Work-Order Controls

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with real-stack and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • Audit count and variance workflows now show authorized audit sessions by readable reference and current review state.
  • Maintenance detail and completion workflows now show authorized work orders by number, type, and current state.
  • The selected record remains an immutable system ID on submission; operators no longer type these IDs into the forms.
  • Work-order detail now presents the linked asset’s readable identity and its immutable created, scheduled, started, and completed service milestones.

Impact

  • Asset operators, auditors, and maintenance coordinators can choose the intended controlled record more reliably while preserving audit attribution and authorization boundaries.

Validation

  • Dashboard diagnostics passed with 0 errors and 0 warnings.
  • The production-static AMS browser certification passed 85 checks across ten routes with 122 modal/scanner captures, including the named audit/work-order controls and readable linked-asset detail.

Next Step

  • Complete the remaining deeper state controls, real-stack role checks, and hosted Preview gates before release sign-off.

EPS Structured Requirement Targeting

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS ad-hoc requirements can now target the project, a department, a planning role, a named teammate, a vendor, or a guest through readable form choices.
  • The service stores and validates the selected target structure without requiring record IDs, delimiter formats, or JSON input from operators.
  • Project, department, and planning-role targets now appear for active members in My Work and generate the same governed reminder delivery records as named-user targets.

Impact

  • Planning teams can request operational evidence from the right audience using terminology they recognize, while retaining validated command and audit boundaries.

Validation

  • Partner API type checking, dashboard diagnostics, and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The consolidated local release gate passed all 14 suites, including the production dashboard build and EPS API domain certificates.
  • The browser certificate creates a vendor-targeted requirement, verifies the constrained command and HTTP 201 response, and the refreshed desktop dialog was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Apply the pending migration and verify the recipient and reminder behavior against the disposable integration environment.

EPS Atomic Work-Breakdown Updates

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule now moves and reparents work packages through one versioned, idempotent hierarchy command.
  • The hierarchy view uses named parent choices, explicit move controls, and server-enforced cycle protection instead of exposing record IDs or structured inputs.

Impact

  • Planning teams can safely maintain a work breakdown structure while preserving an accountable history and avoiding partial sibling updates.

Validation

  • Partner API type checking, dashboard diagnostics, and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser certificate verifies the strict atomic request and the refreshed WBS desktop view was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Apply the pending database migration and verify concurrency and cycle rejection against the disposable integration environment.

EPS Requirement Role Targeting

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with real database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS requirement templates now offer a named role picker instead of asking teams to type a role.
  • Teams can target any active member or choose Director, Planning administrator, Department lead, Contributor, Reviewer, Compliance, or Auditor.

Impact

  • Requirement templates are easier to configure consistently, and the selected role remains a validated part of the idempotent planning command.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser certificate checks the selected Contributor role in the command, and the refreshed desktop modal was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Extend structured targeting to ad-hoc project, department, named-user, vendor, and guest requirements in the disposable integration environment.

EPS Keyboard Calendar Navigation

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with real database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule calendar dates now receive descriptive accessible labels and keyboard focus.
  • Arrow keys move across dates and weeks; Home and End move to the first and last available dates.

Impact

  • Planning teams can inspect the calendar without relying on pointer interaction, while retaining the compact approved workspace layout.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser certificate verifies keyboard focus moves between distinct labelled dates, and the refreshed desktop calendar was visually reviewed.

Next Step

  • Verify non-working-day exceptions, daylight-saving boundaries, and overflow behavior in the disposable integration environment.

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule’s Hierarchy view now offers Move up, Move down, and Edit controls for every visible work package.
  • Reordering uses the versioned planning update command and retains server-side hierarchy validation.

Impact

  • Teams can maintain work-breakdown order with keyboard-accessible controls rather than relying on a pointer-only drag action.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser certificate checks the exact versioned reorder request and captures the completed desktop hierarchy state.

Next Step

  • Verify atomic multi-row reordering and concurrent reparenting conflicts in the disposable integration environment.

EPS Controlled Schedule Board

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule’s Board now includes a direct status selector on every work card.
  • Each change uses the same versioned planning command as the Schedule table and returns the workspace to the latest authoritative state.

Impact

  • Teams can make accountable Board progress updates without relying on drag-only interaction.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • The browser certificate verifies the exact versioned Board-update command and captures the completed desktop Board state.

Next Step

  • Verify transition-policy, WIP-limit, and concurrent-conflict behavior in the disposable integration environment.
