Saved variant sets return to EMS
Repositories: Partners dashboard, Partners API, and Rego site. Status: Database update applied; code released through the linked branches.
What’s Changed
Registration tier variant groups remain available to event operators when an inclusion is temporarily inactive. Plain inclusions also keep their tier selections when the catalog is saved. Paused inclusions stay hidden from attendee offers until reactivated. When a higher tier includes fixed designs instead of a random draw, its comparison now describes the included designs rather than saying the draw was removed.
Impact
Event operators can review and edit saved variant choices in EMS after pausing an inclusion. Attendees see an accurate description of the designs included in each tier.
Validation
The published database update retained seven selected groups on paused inclusions, including three for Fridge Magnet, while none became active in public offers. Partners API and dashboard typechecks passed. Rego tier comparisons passed desktop and mobile browser checks, typecheck, and build.
Dialog actions stay visible while editing
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Save, apply, cancel, and similar actions stay in a full-width bar at the bottom of dashboard dialogs while longer forms scroll, including registration catalog inclusions and other event, planning, finance, asset, administration, and Pawsport workflows. Focused fields scroll clear of the bar.
Impact
Partner teams and operators can finish a long dialog without scrolling to find its actions.
Validation
The inclusion editor was checked at desktop and mobile widths with its bar flush to the dialog edges at the top, middle, and end of the scroll. The final form section clears the bar. Partners typecheck and build validate the broader dialog changes locally.
Consistent tier inclusion backgrounds
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Grouped variants, bundles, random draws, and replacement inclusions now use the surrounding registration tier background. Items in a highlighted “New or expanded” section stay on that section’s light blue background.
Impact
Attendees can read grouped inclusions as part of the same tier change, without white cards breaking up the list.
Validation
The desktop and mobile tier comparison fixture passed, including grouped inclusion background checks and screenshots. Rego typecheck and build passed.
Newest transactions first
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
The attendee transaction page now shows one history across regos, shop orders, gifts, Dealers Den, and POS purchases, ordered by the most recently updated record first. Type and state filters remain available.
Impact
Attendees can find their latest activity at the top without searching through transaction categories or event dates.
Validation
The transaction history browser fixture passed, including mixed record types, category filtering, and mobile and desktop screenshots. Rego typecheck and build passed.
Clearer random draw counts in Rego tiers
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Registration tier comparison notes now bold the current number of designs in a random draw, including when the count increases or decreases from the cheaper tier.
Impact
Attendees can spot how many designs their selected tier includes without losing the context of the previous tier’s count.
Validation
The desktop and mobile tier comparison fixture passed for increased, reduced, and grouped random draws. Local screenshots were reviewed.
Shared replacement note for tier inclusions
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
When several inclusions replace the same item from a cheaper registration tier, the tier names that item once above the included replacements: “A5 Conbook replaced by:” followed by the new items. Each inclusion retains its own details action when details are available.
Impact
Attendees can read which previous item was replaced and which items they receive, without reading the same note under every item.
Validation
The desktop and mobile tier comparison fixture passed, including the shared replacement note and individual detail action. Local screenshots were reviewed. Hosted display remains to verify.
Remove deleted variants from tier offers
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted dashboard display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Removing an inclusion variant now removes that design from every tier selection group. Empty groups are cleared, and random draws without repeats reduce their count to the remaining designs. When a tier has no selected designs left, its alternative or bundle setting is removed and the tier uses the base inclusion.
Impact
Event operators can remove a design without leaving tier offers blocked by a stale variant selection. The inclusion stays on the tier as a base item when its final selected design is removed.
Validation
A local browser fixture passed variant removal across fixed and random groups, count reduction, and base-item fallback. The dashboard typecheck and build passed locally. Hosted display remains to verify.
Reorder inclusion variations
Repository: Partners dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted dashboard display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
Event operators can reorder designs inside an inclusion’s edit dialog by dragging or using up and down buttons. Applying the dialog keeps the new order in the registration catalog draft; saving the workspace persists it.
Impact
Variant lists can follow the intended display order without deleting and recreating designs. Existing inventory IDs stay with their variants.
Validation
The local browser fixture passed drag and button reordering, stable IDs, reopening the dialog, and desktop and mobile rendering. The dashboard typecheck passed. Hosted display remains to verify.
Grouped tier variant lists
Repository: Rego site. Status: Validated locally; hosted display remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
When a higher tier expands an inclusion, its existing and newly added designs now stay beneath one parent entry. A draw-count change appears inside that same group. Nested variant and bundle lists use the main inclusion surface instead of a blue fill.
Impact
Attendees can read the keychain or other expanded offering as one item, with its designs and changed draw count together.
Validation
The desktop and mobile tier comparison fixture passed. A local SFW27 Sponsor preview using the public event catalog shows the keychain once with its variants grouped beneath it. Hosted display remains to verify.
Variant-only inclusion inventory
Repositories: Partners API and dashboard. Status: Validated locally; hosted inventory data remains to verify after release.
What’s Changed
When an inclusion is configured as Variants only, its grouping name no longer creates a separate stock item in EMS Inventory tracking or analytics. Each active variant remains its own item with its own inventory and fulfillment demand. Ordinary inclusions continue to appear as base items.
Impact
Event logistics teams can count and plan the actual designs being fulfilled without an extra parent item inflating tracked stock or demand. Check-in fulfillment follows the same rule.
Validation
API type checking and inventory fixtures passed for attendee and Dealers Den allocations, entitlement snapshots, and legacy tier fallback. The desktop and mobile analytics preview shows variant rows without a parent row. Authenticated hosted inventory views remain to verify.
