Release Notes
Payment Account and Shop Configuration Safeguards
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, rego.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
- Payment configuration now supports Wise, username-based accounts, public payment links, and explicit Other account variants.
- Existing payment accounts remain compatible through a default account identifier mode.
- Shop categories cannot be deleted while listings still reference them; operators receive an actionable conflict message.
- Event detail saves preserve unrelated registration settings when a dashboard payload is partial.
- Attendee registration, Dealers Den registration, and shop-order details expose the applicable saved event terms; legacy records clearly identify when no historic document body was retained.
Registration Flow Reliability and Status Clarity
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Gift registration pages now reveal loading errors and content correctly, with clearer CTA spacing.
- Registration tier cards use a responsive layout, and newly created group registrations retry detail hydration before reporting a sync issue.
- Event cards distinguish live, prefill-open, upcoming, sold-out, and closed states.
- Non-Philippines profiles no longer require a Barangay; Philippines profiles retain the requirement.
- Volunteer rosters are withheld unless the attendee has an accepted application or manual volunteer assignment.
- Payment provider labels preserve branded capitalization, including Wise.
Impact
Attendees receive actionable registration state and error feedback, while profile and volunteer views now follow the applicable eligibility rules.
Regosite Volunteer Roster Visibility
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Added shared attendee HR roster rendering for staff and volunteer assignment views.
- The regosite
/volunteeringpage now shows published volunteer roster shifts for accepted volunteer assignments. - The event volunteer application status page now shows published roster shifts beside the attendee’s volunteer application status.
- Volunteer shift start/end controls reuse the existing HR shift-tracking authorization flow.
- Empty and unpublished roster states now show explicit copy instead of silently hiding the roster section.
Impact
Accepted volunteers can now see their scheduled roster shifts from the regosite volunteering surfaces once the event roster is published.
Upgrade Notes
- No operator action is required after deploying the regosite build.
- Current validation evidence:
pnpm exec astro check, pnpm build, and mocked Playwright smoke coverage for/volunteering,/:slug/volunteer-application, self-service shift start, and staff-authorized shift start inrego.furries.ph;pnpm checkandpnpm buildindocs.furries.ph.
CebuFurs Admin Full Record Tables
Repositories: rego.cebufurs.org, admin.cebufurs.org, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- CebuFurs admin dashboard record panels now load every record for each sheet instead of showing only the first paginated page.
- Dashboard tables, affiliate record refreshes, search fallback loads, and live polling refreshes now keep records ordered with the newest entries at the top.
- Record tables now show every loaded row by default, including sparse rows that can still be hidden manually.
- Operators can search by QR/Rego code in record table filters and row lookup without needing to know the exact spreadsheet column name.
- Rego and payment control sheets keep their configured order and are not sorted like record tables.
Impact
Event operators should see the complete record list when opening or refreshing admin workspace pages, with recent submissions and updates easier to find first.
Upgrade Notes
- No operator action is required after the admin site and GAS deployment are updated.
- Current validation evidence:
npm run buildinadmin.cebufurs.org,rego.cebufurs.org, anddocs.furries.ph.
Supabase Auth Email Attribution Placement
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Moved the TarsierDesk attribution into the centered email-container footer row for every Supabase Auth email template.
- Applied the same centered table-safe footer markup to invite, confirmation, recovery, magic-link, email-change, reauthentication, and security notification emails.
- Kept the root
templates/mirror aligned withsupabase/templates/so local copies and published Supabase templates render consistently.
Impact
Recipients should see the TarsierDesk attribution consistently centered at the bottom of every auth and account-security email.
Upgrade Notes
- No operator action is required beyond the normal Supabase template publish flow.
- Current validation evidence: source scan confirmed all 13 Supabase templates and all 13 mirrored templates use the centered attribution row.
Dashboard Table System Unification
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Moved dashboard table/list implementation styles into the shared Astro table component instead of global dashboard CSS.
- Added mobile-first table-card rendering so semantic tables preserve each row’s required data on small screens with labelled cell content.
- Added compact accessible icon-button actions for shared dashboard tables and migrated attendee rego, FPH admin attendees, and FPH admin Users & Access repeated row actions.
- Migrated the remaining dashboard table-like record surfaces, including check-in/inclusion claim lanes, shop order claim lookup results, report lists, inventory tracking, inventory analytics, and rego-config size guide editors, onto the shared table renderer.
- Documented the dashboard table audit matrix, including custom report, check-in, analytics, inventory-board, and public legal table exceptions.
Impact
Event operators and FPH admins should see more consistent compact tables and row actions across dashboard record lists, especially on mobile.
Upgrade Notes
- No operator action is required.
- Current validation evidence:
pnpm exec astro checkandpnpm buildinpartners.furries.ph, Playwright desktop/mobile visual and interaction checks for the shared table component, pluspnpm checkandpnpm buildindocs.furries.ph.
HR Manual Volunteers and Username Autocomplete
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- HR Config departments can now manually add volunteers as well as staff.
- Manual staff and volunteer username fields now autocomplete against all attendee usernames in the system, independent of friends/discovery settings.
- Manual volunteer department assignments now flow into roster rows, attendee HR summaries, HR communications audiences, and volunteer subsidy resolution.
- Changing a manual HR assignment between staff and volunteer now preserves existing roster schedule rows instead of dropping shift times, locations, expectations, or notes.
Impact
Event teams can assign known volunteers directly to departments without requiring a submitted volunteer application first.
Upgrade Notes
- Current validation evidence:
npm run type-checkinpartners-api,pnpm exec astro checkinpartners.furries.ph, and a mocked Playwright HR Config flow covering Add volunteer, username autocomplete, and savedroleType: "volunteer"payloads.
Dashboard Shared List Pagination
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Added real pagination to the shared dashboard table/card list component instead of only limiting the first visible records.
- Added previous/next controls, visible-range text, and a Show all option for shared lists.
- The same runtime now handles both table and stacked card variants, including mobile-width layouts.
Impact
Dashboard surfaces using the shared list component can now page through all matching records and show all results when needed.
Upgrade Notes
- Existing
pageSizeoptions automatically receive anAlloption unless they already define one. - Current validation evidence:
pnpm exec astro check, desktop Playwright interaction check, mobile Playwright stacked-card interaction check.
Certification Artifact Cleanup
Repositories: partners-api, partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Added a Supabase certification artifact scanner/cleanup script with dry-run mode by default and explicit
--writecleanup. - The cleanup flow first uses the protected test-run sweep route, then repairs strongly marked orphan certification rows by registering them into a cleanup run instead of broad-deleting live data.
- Full SPA certification now cleans its prepared test run by default, including failed route-loop stages, unless explicitly skipped.
- The detector now includes reserved-domain sample accounts and reports workflow fixtures, and reports workflow certification registers its created report for teardown.
Impact
Certification runs should no longer leave disposable events, attendee accounts, auth users, reports workflow sample accounts, or stress-test ledger rows behind. Existing detected certification artifacts were cleaned during validation.
Upgrade Notes
- Use
npm run certification:artifacts:scanfrompartners-apito inspect residue. - Use
npm run certification:artifacts:cleanonly when the scan output is expected. - Current validation evidence: cleanup script dry-run and write-run,
node --check,npm run type-checkinpartners-api, plusnode --checkandpnpm exec astro checkinpartners.furries.ph.
Regosite SPA Auth Return Fix
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Stopped internal
/__spafallback routes from being treated as public event slugs in the regosite route manifest. - Canonicalized visible fallback URLs back to the last real event slug when possible, and redirected unrecoverable fallback URLs to the regosite home page.
- Sanitized auth, profile setup, MFA, and registration return paths so
/auth?next=/__spa/...is repaired to a real event path or discarded before redirecting.
Impact
Visitors redirected to sign in from event-scoped pages should return to real URLs like /sfw26-snv/volunteer instead of broken internal fallback paths like /__spa/volunteer.
Upgrade Notes
- No operator action is required.
- Current validation evidence:
pnpm exec astro checkandpnpm buildinrego.furries.ph, pluspnpm checkindocs.furries.ph.
