Release Notes
Faster Event Check-In Workspace
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Check-In now puts camera/NFC scanning and manual attendee lookup side by side, with one search filtering every operational queue.
- Camera controls keep lens switching, device light, and pause/resume actions visible below the scanner; unsupported controls stay disabled with an explanatory tooltip.
- Ready, missing-requirement, recent, and fulfilled records use denser responsive rows, while attendee review opens in a focused side drawer with identity, registration, payment, checklist, flags, notes, and the final check-in action.
Impact
- Event operators can move from scan or search to attendee verification with less scrolling and keep queue context visible while reviewing a record.
Upgrade Notes
No migration or operator action is required. Astro diagnostics, the real local API auto-sign-in flow, manual lookup filtering, scanner control interaction, drawer interaction, and responsive screenshots pass.
Clearer Payment Provider Names
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Attendee payment pickers now use canonical names for supported methods, including GoTyme, MariBank, and LandBank.
- When an organizer selects an Other payment method, they can now set the exact attendee-facing provider name.
Impact
- Attendees see recognizable payment names, while organizers can name bank transfers and other unsupported methods clearly without changing account details.
Upgrade Notes
Apply the pending payment-provider display-name migration before release. Dashboard, API, and regosite validation cover the saved public label contract.
Dealers Den Application Questions
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment after the included database migration is published
What’s Changed
- Dealers Den settings now include the same custom form-question builder used for event registration, with sections, validation, choice images, and conditional branches.
- Form builders can now add a Friend question, letting signed-in attendees choose one accepted friend by username.
- The public Dealers Den application shows those questions and stores the submitted answers with the application for organizers to review.
Impact
- Event organizers can collect event-specific dealer application details without managing a separate form.
Rego Form Default Questions
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- The registration form builder now shows the event’s current protected/default attendee questions alongside editable custom questions.
- The list updates as event settings change, including fursona and fursuiting choices, catalog questions, wearable sizes, Conditions of Entry, and payment availability.
- Default questions now render as compact bordered cards with clear labels, supporting descriptions, and status badges that match the rest of Rego Config.
Impact
- Event organizers can see the complete attendee registration flow without mistaking protected questions for missing custom-form configuration.
Faster Event Shop Cart and Product Details
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Adding an item, changing its quantity, or removing it now updates the Event Shop cart immediately in the browser before quietly syncing to the attendee account.
- Product descriptions, choices, and quantities now open in a focused responsive modal instead of expanding within the catalog grid. Listings with no choices still support one-tap Quick add.
Impact
- Attendees get immediate cart feedback even on slower connections, while configured product choices remain easy to review on desktop and mobile.
Upgrade Notes
No migration or operator action is required. Event Shop desktop/mobile browser certification proves local cart persistence before a delayed server write; Astro diagnostics and the 58-page production build pass.
Guided Payment-link Popup and Payment Instructions
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Wise, PayPal, and other configured HTTPS payment links now open through a dedicated payment window that shows the event, exact total, unique generated reference, copy action, and a clear return-to-rego reminder before continuing to the provider.
- Payment-link URLs, automatic reference generation, and reference prefixes remain method-level settings; the account editor clearly separates public account/profile links from checkout links.
- Organizers can add attendee-facing instructions to both a payment method and an individual receiving account. Regosite shows the relevant guidance in checkout, upgrade payment selection, and the payment window.
Impact
- Attendees can complete an external payment without losing their registration form or missing the required reference. Organizers can give Wise-, PayPal-, method-, and account-specific guidance without placing everything in one global instruction block.
Upgrade Notes
Apply 20260812080100_payment_method_account_instructions.sql before deploying the API and frontends. API TypeScript checks, both Astro diagnostics, the 23-check commerce contract certification, the 58-page Regosite build, a live read-only Supabase relation query, Supabase dry-run, and rendered payment-window QA pass.
Event Shop Ordering Matches Registration Configuration
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Event Shop categories and listings now use the same double-grip drag rows and drop feedback as Rego Config.
- Reordering stays local until Global Save, where category, listing, and setting changes are committed together. Revert restores the last saved order.
Impact
- Event operators get one predictable configuration pattern and avoid a network save for every drag movement.
Upgrade Notes
No database migration or operator action is required. Event Shop source certification, Astro diagnostics, and the production build verify the update.
Private Regosite Pawsports Hub
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, partners-api, partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Regosite now gives signed-in attendees a dedicated Pawsports destination in the main sidebar.
- Attendees can view their bound credentials and history, claim an issued Pawsport, review digital stickers and event stamps, and report an active Pawsport as lost.
- Friendly loading, privacy, empty, and retry states replace raw network errors; the previous Settings address remains compatible.
- New Row Level Security policies restrict Pawsports, binding records, and stamps to the Auth-linked holder. Direct attendee grants exclude enrollment-code hashes and staff signature payloads.
Impact
- Attendees get one clear credential hub without any ability to browse another account’s Pawsports. Staff-only restore, reassignment, issue, and registry-note controls remain outside Regosite.
Upgrade Notes
Apply 20260812080000_attendee_pawsport_self_read_rls.sql before releasing the new Regosite page. Source and runtime Pawsport certifications, API TypeScript checks, Astro diagnostics, production build, migration dry-run, and desktop/mobile Browser QA pass.
Inventory Dashboard UX Refresh
Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Inventory Tracking now presents demand, claimed progress, sales, availability, editable on-hand stock, and item tools in compact rows instead of tall stacks of metric boxes.
- Inventory Analytics now prioritizes required, claimed, pending, and remaining totals, with coverage and fulfillment health plus clear per-item risk states.
- Movement history is responsive, multi-status inventory filters work consistently, and narrow screens no longer inherit the desktop table minimum width.
- Desktop inventory headers now align exactly with their row columns; the decorative row accent is limited to mobile cards.
- The analytics health summary now visually highlights high-risk item totals for faster production follow-up.
Impact
- Event operators can scan stock risk, adjust inventory, and audit movements with substantially less scrolling while retaining every existing stock calculation and export workflow.
Upgrade Notes
No database migration or operator action is required. Desktop and mobile browser certification covers item search, status filtering, stock editing, movement history, analytics risk, and horizontal overflow; Astro diagnostics and the production build pass.
Clearer Friends Account-linking Actions
Repositories: rego.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph
Status: Ready for deployment
What’s Changed
- Connected Discord and Telegram rows on Friends settings now show one action matching the account state.
- Linked accounts show Unlink, while accounts that are not linked show the relevant Link action.
- Privacy switches no longer repeat their row labels beside the controls; accessible names remain available to assistive technology.
Impact
- Attendees no longer see contradictory Link and Unlink controls beside the same connected account.
Upgrade Notes
No database migration or attendee action is required. Desktop/mobile Friends browser certification, social integration certification, Astro diagnostics, and the production build pass.
