What’s Changed

• Dashboard and attendee mutations now return after the primary database update instead of waiting for partner-owned data-silo rebuilds or regosite deployment hooks.
• Affiliate, tracking, and coupon saves now skip an unnecessary post-write analytics reload and update only the five affected partner-silo tables instead of rebuilding the full registration mirror.
• Overlapping deployment requests are coalesced, while partners without an enabled data silo skip full-dataset loading cost.
• Registration, group registration, Dealers Den, and Event Shop mutations now deliver receipts, affiliate updates, notifications, and entitlement sync after the durable response.
• Regosite requests now emit browser timing events for route-level latency measurement.

Impact

Operators and attendees should see save completion much sooner, especially on affiliate/tracking configuration, multi-section configuration saves, and registration submission. The affiliate save path is kept below Cloudflare Workers Free’s external-subrequest ceiling. Durable records remain authoritative before success is returned; secondary mirroring, deploy, and delivery work continues safely in the Worker background.

No client action is required. Deploy partners-api and rebuild both frontend sites together.

• Email blasts are now accepted as durable, idempotent campaigns and delivered in small Worker-safe batches instead of one long request.
• Operators can follow sent and failed counts, cancel unsent work, and retry only failed recipients; automatic delivery recovery continues on a minute schedule.
• Free-plan mode enforces a configurable daily recipient budget and carries deferred campaigns into the next available budget window.
• Rego-site inbox copies are created only after successful email delivery, and campaign logs omit recipient email addresses.

• The Dealers Den application page now resolves its event API from the deployed site hostname, preventing an erroneous request to a local development address in production.

• Dealers Den package controls and the page-level save bar now mount through the dashboard’s managed modal area, so they remain available after dashboard navigation.
• Saving Dealers Den settings or package changes now uses the same full-screen saving indicator as the dashboard loader, preventing duplicate actions while the update is in progress.
• Package dialogs can now be dismissed with the close button, backdrop, or Escape key; destructive package removal uses the dashboard confirmation dialog.

• Inventory on-hand adjustments now record signed movement history with item, actor, timestamp, and reason metadata.
• Dashboard inventory tracking shows recent movement history alongside stock and fulfillment analytics.

• Prefill management responses expose only the fields needed for operator workflows rather than the full attendee draft payload.

Impact

Attendees receive actionable registration state and error feedback, while profile and volunteer views now follow the applicable eligibility rules.

• Volunteer shift start/end controls reuse the existing HR shift-tracking authorization flow.
• Empty and unpublished roster states now show explicit copy instead of silently hiding the roster section.

Impact

Accepted volunteers can now see their scheduled roster shifts from the regosite volunteering surfaces once the event roster is published.

Upgrade Notes

• No operator action is required after deploying the regosite build.
