EPS Baseline Comparison

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule now presents the approved baseline snapshot, its protected status, affected-work count, total due-date drift, and an item-by-item variance table.
  • Baseline variance is supplied by the planning service; the dashboard does not estimate schedule drift locally.

Impact

  • Planning teams can assess date movement against an approved plan before deciding whether to create a new governed baseline.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • Desktop evidence confirms the baseline comparison and its readable variance table.

Next Step

  • Verify multi-baseline selection and immutable historical comparison in the disposable integration environment.

EPS Calendar Period Controls

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with real database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS Schedule now lets planning teams move through month, week, and two-week agenda windows, or return to today.
  • The selected view and date are retained in the planning link, so a shared link or browser navigation returns to the same calendar window.

Impact

  • Teams can inspect upcoming and past planning periods deliberately instead of being limited to the current date.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and the complete EPS Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • Desktop evidence confirms the compact period controls in the approved Schedule workspace.

Next Step

  • Extend the real integration lane to verify project-calendar exceptions and hosted calendar readback.

Asset register cross-page selection

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with final authorization, real-stack, and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • Owned and Loaned Assets now retain named selections across cursor pages in the same private browser session.
  • Select all remains limited to the page currently displayed. The Bulk operation form receives named assets and keeps immutable record IDs internal rather than requiring pasted IDs.

Impact

  • Asset operators can prepare a controlled multi-asset request without losing their selection while paging or handling raw identifiers.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics passed with zero errors and warnings.
  • The local Playwright AMS certificate passed 78 checks and captured 106 inspected route and workflow states, including cross-page named selection.

Next Step

  • Complete the authenticated real-stack role workflow and hosted Preview canary before release sign-off.

EPS Atomic Requirement Packs

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS now creates the Furcon readiness requirement pack as one auditable, retry-safe operation instead of creating each requirement separately in the browser.
  • Operators select a named pack, a target department when applicable, and a deadline anchor; EPS derives the individual readiness work and relative dates internally. No JSON entry is required.

Impact

  • Planning teams avoid a partially created readiness pack if a request is interrupted, while retaining normal editable requirement records after creation.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics, Partner API type checking, the EPS template certificate, and the full Playwright workflow certificate passed.
  • Desktop browser evidence confirms the human-oriented pack form and its closed API command.

Next Step

  • Apply and verify the reviewed migration in a disposable integration environment, then repeat the authenticated hosted workflow.

Asset Management Logistics Hub filters

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally certified, with the reviewed database migration and hosted validation still pending

What’s Changed

  • Logistics Hub now provides task-type, status, priority, zone, assignee, and due-state filters for its task register.
  • Filter state is retained in the URL and drives the authorized server query rather than only hiding rows in the browser.

Impact

  • Hub operators can restore a focused queue after refresh or navigation and distinguish overdue, today, upcoming, and unscheduled work.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and API type/certification passed.
  • The production-static Playwright suite exercises the priority filter and checked the filtered Hub screen against the approved design direction.

Next Step

  • Deploy and read back the pending reviewed migration in the normal release process, then repeat the authenticated hosted workflow.

EPS Calendar-Aware Rescheduling

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally implemented and certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • The EPS Schedule workspace now accepts a signed whole-number working-day move rather than asking operators to calculate replacement dates.
  • EPS applies the move using the project working calendar and its exceptions, recalculates dependent work, and commits the change as one versioned, auditable operation.
  • Before that commit, operators now see the server-calculated affected work and dates, then explicitly confirm the change.

Impact

  • Planning teams can reschedule work without accidentally treating weekends, holidays, or dependent work as ordinary calendar days.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics and Partner API type checking passed.
  • The EPS contract and Playwright workflow certificates passed; the browser evidence includes the reschedule dialog and its closed API command.

Next Step

  • Apply and verify the database migration in the disposable integration environment, then repeat the authenticated hosted workflow.

EPS Department Capacity from the Server

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally implemented and certified, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • The EPS Departments workspace now presents member count, assigned effort, unestimated work, capacity utilization, and over-capacity status from the Partner API workload projection.
  • It no longer estimates capacity from the number of open work items in the browser.

Impact

  • Department leads see capacity information that matches the planning service’s effective-membership and scheduled-effort calculation.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics passed with zero errors and zero warnings.
  • The EPS Playwright workflow suite passed and captured the authoritative Departments workload view.

Next Step

  • Validate the same projection against the disposable database and hosted authenticated environment before release.

EPS Draft-Save Lifecycle Integrity

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally implemented and certified, with external release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS no longer presents a Save draft action where a requirement-creation workflow cannot create a separate draft state.
  • Saving meeting minutes as a draft now always keeps the minutes unpublished, even when a later publication state was selected in the form.

Impact

  • Event operators get only lifecycle actions that match the actual outcome, reducing the risk of an accidental submission or publication.

Validation

  • Astro diagnostics passed with zero errors and zero warnings.
  • The EPS Playwright workflow suite passed, including a request-level assertion that draft minutes stay draft and omit published content.

Next Step

  • Complete the remaining real database, hosted authentication, and independent-accessibility release gates.

EPS Complete Local Certification Gate

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, partners-api, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; local source and fixture certification complete, with database and hosted release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • Added one repeatable EPS local certification command covering dashboard diagnostics and production build, EPS contract and resilience checks, Partner API type checking and domain certificates, and the full Playwright workflow suite.
  • The resulting manifest records the suite outcomes and hashes of the captured visual evidence. The browser lane now uses its own local port so it cannot attach to an unrelated dashboard session.

Impact

  • Event Planning changes now have a single local release-readiness check that verifies guided, human-oriented workflows across the dashboard and Partner API.

Validation

  • All 14 local suites passed: dashboard diagnostics/build, EPS contract/resilience, API type and eight domain certificates, and the Playwright browser workflow suite.

Next Step

  • Run the disposable Supabase/Worker lane and hosted authenticated evidence before production release. Docker or Podman is required for the local database lane and was not available on this workstation.

EPS Scoped Identity Presentation

Repositories: partners.furries.ph, docs.furries.ph

Status: Preview; locally implemented and certified, with deployment and external release gates still open

What’s Changed

  • EPS now presents planning-member and canonical-event context with readable scoped labels in agenda, note, control, requirement, Settings, and event-configuration views.
  • Internal record identifiers remain inside authorized system commands and are no longer used as normal operator-facing labels.

Impact

  • Operators can understand ownership and event context without being asked to interpret internal identifiers.

Validation

  • Dashboard diagnostics completed with zero errors and zero warnings.
  • The complete EPS Playwright certificate passed after the presentation changes.

Next Step

  • Complete identity search/display projections and real role-matrix validation before production release.
